Yea, it's a new line of G36C's.

The current G36C reskins are supressed and slower and has slightly more kick.
The new line of G36C WT reskins are pretty much the same thing but without silencers.

I doubt it. Look at Destruction, Conquest, and sort of Ice Hold. The purpose of those are to capture flags, plant bombs, resurrect teammates. What really happens is either spawn camping and not capturing flags so they can have more time spawn camping, or elimination mode without objective.

I believe that it has a few balancing adjustments on this patch as well if it was included.

2% increase to gold armor I think. Backwards but better than nothing.
