Akan Soul Boxes

I been having a lot of trouble hunting for the soul books in Akan. My question is if a lvl 109-110 char has the same chances of dropin a soul box in akan as a lvl 90-96 char?

The closer your level is from the boss' level, the better drop rate you get. If I remember right, last boss is level 96, so someone 90-96 would have more chances to drop stuff from him than someone 109-110.

You need to run Akan a lot. Box drops come in spurts I can go a couple of weeks and get nothing then all of a sudden I can get 2 or 3 in one run and get 1 for the next few runs.

Of course I do know people that have made dozens of runs and never dropped a single box...

Akan

I used to do one a week, and got the gear that nobody wants to buy. It broke my spirit. Some people are lucky and get all the good stuff. Anyone on hatz as any wizard, assassin or archer souls pm me, i pay in bils xD

I have run six toons through Akan had probably 100 drops in my time I swear 95% of them are knight gear. Or the healer set which is a license to get yourself killed. As for souls, pretty much just HL or TK or Cleric....

hmm, Is it posible to get a soul in the normal mode (for lvls 60-80) ?

the best lvls to drop are from 90-99. even tho at 100 1rst boss still green i rather do raids with toons on those lvls. idk if u still can drop souls from bosses being blue, evem tho i dont want to risk trying that by lvling my akan toon.

personally i think the gear drop already sucks, mostly knight and titan stuff. that should change. BUT to be honest i dont want to get that to a suggestion list lol i dont want Akan Temple to be messed up by "raising" other classes gear drop rate. my favorite temple Smile

Have you tried doing akan normal with a level 60-80 toon? or have any1 else tried that?

yes i have. i did like 5 or 6 normal raids to get my whole Ignis set (Knight set 72-73).

Priest miku doesnt drop armor boxes. so theres only 4 pieces of set, no helm Smile

stages 3 (Kunta) and 4 (Miku and Yuzak) are the hardest. So i recomend not to go with a main toon. I made 2 rogues specialy to run raids (normal and hard) , so i dont have to worry about losing sp.

I dont know about farming sp or training pets in there, i just went for the set

Ty for ur info. So in normal mode the mobs still hit hard? I Guess Ill create a new toon then.
