Going to give it a 4 this time. This is all based on GF only as this is the only game I play.

Now onto reasons. Going to start off with cons as I actually hope its read, and maybe by the slightest chance looked into some of these issues asap.

Cons:

• Serious arena exploiting this month that most of, if not all the server has agreed it is exploiting and nothing done. Would love a good review of this situation as rankings close next week. We speak so much about exploiters being banned. These both applied to gs and exploited the same month. Such a smack in the face to the system this is.
  
  
• Serious updates we were promised. Yeah we have a bunch, they seem to be ignored right now. Due to security and server problems.
  
  
• Security and server instability galore at the moment. Not a fun time at all.
  

Alright now onto the Pros. They seem to be some contradictions to the cons, but the pro is on how well the situation is handled.

Pros:

• Our GM team is amazing. They have been working so hard specially these last few weeks. They put in so much effort. Our GS team is also going well, we got new GS's and finally starting to fill and spread out our GS's better.
  
  
• Responses to security issues. Our GM team did a remarkable job with handling the security issues we have been having, and hopefully with new security updates we will be even better off.
  
  
• Ilaff has done an amazing job as of late on hearing out the community on spenders and o their opinions. I am glad that he is settling into the team well.
  

That is all I have. Other than complete ignorance to exploiters I feel like it has been a good month. I can also see how with all the security and server problems the exploiters have been overlooked. However there is a point of, how can you not see this? I can hope something is done about these exploiters, but sadly, my hopes are not too high.

I gave Aeria's service a 4 because they don't seem to be doing well at the moment but have done stupendously in the past. Here's to Aeria's future!

Well, with OP hammer prices climbing up and the supply part is shrinking, so is the demand.

Also Diablo3 is coming before summer. Luckily it won't have PvP. Still, that game will pull more players away. And once PvP is patched, maybe even more.

Such a shame that this game with a good PvP aspect is dying due to all other aspects failing.

I rated Aeria Games a 2 for this month. Main reasons there have been many false bans and I have 'disapproved' of many of them. They have locked forum posts that are honest and have not taken appropriate action against high ranking hackers.

I typically don't rate service low, but I gotta give a 2 this time. Only reason I didn't give it a 1 is because of the GMs and PM of LO doing their best to keep players updated and for that reason alone keeps me from giving a 1.

Reason: Eden Eternal is basically being destroyed by its GMs and PM and any complaints regarding changes exclusive to our version of it are ignored, given the generic copy+paste response, or we're basically told to "Shut up and deal with it" complete with being given the middle finger. Most of us on the servers have dubbed their strategy as "If it isn't broken, break it. If it is broken, leave it alone" and that's a general consensus across most of the players I've talked to. Typically, I wouldn't care if it was something that was bad but nerfing a class's skill out of nowhere with no warning but leaving every other class who can do what they called "abuse of game mechanics" more efficiently is a joke. It comes across to a vast majority of the player base as "Play the game as we want you to play it or we'll nerf that class."

And of course, website is still busted and needs to be fixed. Nothing is more annoying than trying to post and constantly logged in/out of the pages and being unable to post anything.

Ill give 4 out 5 star. GM need to fix the game time in shaiya. sometimes that the Grb finish early and also sometimes the event starts late. Please be nice to people. GM flarin rock .

I voted 1 because at least in the game I play, the plaers are rarely listened and things keep being nerfed and that's not cool. Also, the lag is incredible.
