2, same as last month is pretty much nothing has changed (same as usual Sad ).

Grand Fantasia is still in bad shape, the website still constantly breaks and nothing ever changes.

Not even going to waste my time writing a long review of what's wrong because it never makes a difference.

2 instead of 1 because some of the GM's rock, that's all.

My main feedback is based on the support of the GM's for Grandfantasia. (I consider the GM's to be part of Aerias over all service, feel free to correct if wrong)

-The GM's here are friendly, which is a definite bonus as I have played plenty of games where the GM's have no desire to get to know the community. I am also very impressed with the response time given for the RT's I have sent in (Usually answered within a few hours despite the 48 hour limit). I would also like to congratulate them on their continued support regarding the mass amount of unexplained hackings, as I know they have made lots of players happy by having their items/gold reimbursed. All in all, I say keep up the good work Cool

-As LordRapthorne said, the website still has a few issues. Such as logging me out, then in, then out, then in (etc). It definitely gets tiresome after the 10th time in a row it happening.

As all ways I believe areia games have there community's set as there top priority and are all ways looking at ways to improve there services.

I gave a 3.
Reason being, this new site layout is somewhat bland and not appealing. I'd love to be able to set a custom skin layout for the forums. (Person A wants a blue layout, goes to settings and sets it. Person B wants pink, goes to settings and sets it. Person A does not affect whatever Person B or any other person chooses. Just like with profiles, everything's set based on personal accounts). This is a place to meet and talk with your community and have a good time, not be blinded by total white layout.

Now that my complaint is over, now to add a reason to balance out at a 3.

I've seen more activity among GS's in their respective and even other parts of the forums/Shoutboxes. It's a good sign that the GS's are taking community involvement to a higher standard rather than being in the background and only appearing when someone faults.

All in all, Somewhat decent, somewhat lacking.

Well i tried keeping it private since I cant I will change a few things on it,

I gave a decent score based on what I see :

The first issue is that when Aeria is having a problem such as what is
going on with WolfTeam, neither GS nor GM can be found. I know that Aeria
is working on the issue but it would be nice to see those who are suppose
to keep control be around at the time he or she is needed the most. I know GS
and GM are busy but would be nice to see them and updates on the issue.

The Second issue and this is a personal one of the sorts is that the GM, GS,
and PM that do an outstanding job are not recognized for his or her
achievements, I know that this kind of conflicts with the first
issue but remember not all are great and not all are bad.
Now that the bad is out of the way time for the good and suggestions:

The good: Aeria has been great as a whole. Aeria wise the products are
great, I would like to take this spot to thank a Product Manager who goes
out of his way to help even when I know he doesn't have the time, I dont
know his game name but I do know his YIM (subjects named removed due to becoming public information) We need more to be like this man.

Suggestions: Aeria needs a friend system, such as a place to get a email
to send to a friend and this email. If the friend accepts to play through
the email then the friend who invited should be rewarded, maybe i the
friend who was invited spends ap withing the first 30 days of accepting the
friend recieves a 500 ap epin or a percent of what the friend spends.

2nd suggestion: The second thing is have a place that we can email aeria
with out having to worry about who we are sending the email about say if
its about a GM, GS,P PM or to give ideas for aeria in a whole whether it be good or bad.

Those are my issues, complaints, and feedback I thank you for taking the time in reading this.

wolfteam has got crashes whole day over the past 2-3 days, i dont think it is fixed yet. so nice service.
