in response to ticket #7439027. they have asked me to provide them with a screen shot of the error that occured during the delivery status of a promotion of CPPC about a week ago. im not sure how to take a screen shot to show the gm's im not lying can someone plz help me. and in the item mall purchase list you can see were it says error occured right under delivery status.

hit print screen button, usually its beside the F12 button (i think) then paste it on paint (Ctrl + V) .
