have anyone actually purchased THIS ore bogo promo?

i purchase 2 sets of 10 ores and i only got 20 ores, instead of 40. plz fix this.

Doesn't work for me.
Bought it 2 times only got 20 ore,10 ore per each bogo even tho in the chart says i received 40x ore.

Send in a ticket rather than say it on the thread. Promo did work for me.

Should i send a ticket each time i buy the bugged bogo? That will equal in me sending 50 tickets and what if they compensate by giving me 50 armories? Should i extend my house for 30k AP bugged house extension?

If it's not paying put correctly try 1 of 2 things

1. go refresh you purchase history
2. stop buying and wait for it to be fixed tomorrow and the sale possibly extended.


3. bump this if people still complain plz and ty.

No, you don't need to send an individual ticket for each box you buy. You can also bump the ticket if you buy more ore later.

Oh good idea but then i would need to screenshot and highlight what i purchased just in case some bogos do go trough so it doesnt seem like im trying to scam them for virtual items.

so people wont get the extra ore they was promised then?

and its not the purchase history that is wrong, the purchase history says the right thing. Its in game. In game people only receiving the 10 ores.
