They really need to focus more on their customer service and their decisions over the game rather then acquire new games to get more income flow in. I also feel bad for any GMs that get shafted with all the dirty work.

uhm, was the community not QQ'ing about the poor game offer before ?
Customer support has been poor since 2 years. Now with more games to satisfy the customers, they didn't have acquired enough GM's to catch up the expansion of game offers. Result is a more poor CS. The GM fee is also lol-worthy, no surprise that if a GM gets an offer outside aeria, they go away.
