QUESTION: The 70 gear, Even odds boxes, do they drop one piece of the named gear at even odds, or do they also drop something other then the named gear?

hello , i realy dont know what is going on here...tiers going worst last months (with some few exceptions) last 6 months this game changed so much...u try make some money and is logical but dont u think u killing this game ? i wanna play and i wanna pay also but i dont know...and why should i spend money this moment ? my server is dead and no one do something to make ppl interested again...dont u see that this game is dying? or am the only one that thinks that way ? i hope soon it ll pick up but i dont know if that possible anymore...i agree that u deserve to get payed, but last months i think money is more important than the game itself for u...ppl spent money to link 69 gear, then sold them to link 70 gear now selling them cause of new episode. all these in a few months...u find this normal ? sorry i dont...where can ppl farm and what ? everything is on tiers ... just take a look on Teos and tell me why i should try make gears when am alone in 15 or 30 or 70 pvp...just asking...thank u and have a nice day
