So....by some miracle, I managed to get Basic Cavalry and Intermediate Cavalry on the same hero. From the description, they sound like different skills so I was wondering if they stack.

Basic Cavalry Skill:
"Increase all cavalry's fighting capacity by 5%"

Intermediate Cavalry Skill:
"Increase all cavalry's attack by 10%"

They have identical icons and similar names so I had thought one would replace the other though looking back, the intermediate one sounds as though it is more for offensive maneuvers, but I'm not sure since it lacks the "when attacking" or "when defending" of most other skills.

If there the same Icon then no they will not stack. Inter Cave and Inter Charging will stack though since its different icons.

These skills should apply all the time.

The Charging ones apply only when you're attacking.
