I have been a member since 2007-8 used to play 12sky then moved on to 12sky2 when it was in beta ,Grinded my butt off to get to G12 (took a very long time ) had a few leets , My gear was all cs12 most was above 120% ,have a few bils in my bank with a few AP items ect.
Spent a reasonable amount of £ during my Gaming time made friends ect, Never used any hacks of any sort, just played the game the way it was supposed to be played "Fun and Fair" .
I then had to stop playing "long story cut short " i went to serve for my Country.
Come back went to log into site to see what buddies were still around playing "after doing family things of course when u been away " to be Greeted by this msg "Sorry. The account has been blocked due to violation of our terms of service" .yeh and Im sorry if serving my country violates your T.O.S but you "Aeria" have not not even sent a email stating anything about this or to why ? and yes i have sent RT so explain please i deserve that at least after all the effort and hard work i put into this game not to mention £.
I have read also reread the T.O.S "Your User ID may be deactivated if you do not use it within six months after the date that it was created or for any continuous period of six months after creation. If you do not use your User ID for six or more months, it may be removed and deleted by the Website administrator at their sole discretion. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you by e-mail before we delete your User ID. If you advise us within five days of the notice that you want to keep your User ID active, we will not delete it. If you do not so notify us, your User ID will be permanently deleted, along with your User ID records, ranks and service information."

So where is this reasonable effort to notify me by e-mail ?

your account may have been suspended to protect it from malicious activity. It will be very simple to reactivate it. AGE does not delete accounts (even though it has every right to as stated in the ToS, it doesn't happen) so all your characters and ap etc will still be there. You said that you have sent in a ticket, just wait for a reply and then give them the information that they require. Do not stress. Work with AGE and you can get your account back.

Here is the Response email i got Today.

And still no Reason to what i am suspected of doing ? i have not played the game for a good few months explain what the Hard is going on .

Edit: i have Submitted a complaint to BBB and all other Governing Bodys that deal with these sort of issues .Since it seems Aeria just like quoting the "YOU BROKE OUR T.O.S" a bit to much without evidence or reason behind this .But are happy to take you money.

I also did the Trust link thing "I know it's minor but if 1 person is turned away from this money grabbing company i think job done "

Well, the first thing that i think of is perhaps you have given someone (or they found out) your account password and they were playing it while you were away doing your military thing. If that is the case then you dont have much hope in getting your account back. Ofcourse, if you were hacked and the person that hacked you was doing some nasty stuff on your account, then perhaps it could be possible to work with GMs to regain the usage of your account.

Remember to always be polite and courteous in your dealings with GMs.

If i was in the same position as you (and i knew that no one else could have been playing on my account) I would reply to that response detailing that I have been out of my home and on military duty for the last however long. But ofcourse GMs can track IP address's and have many ways to determine exactly who was on the account when it broke the ToS (or one of the other rules they quoted)

And last note, in the ToS it actually says that they can ban any account they want for whatever reason they want. Mostly because they maintain that your account is not actually your property but remains property of AGE. (yes this includes all AP and everything else on the account)

ok one more thing, feel free to include a link to this topic when you reply. Perhaps you have worded things differently here than you did in your ticket.

1.No one has access to My account but me (Unless it was hacked buy outside source) very unlikely 4 years of gaming and never been hacked. "till now if this is the case"

2.IP address don't mean anything for one what if you change ip provider and since most IP providers use dynamic ip

3.Sill no explanation as to the offence "Stating you broke the T.O.S is to cover their backside" and could be endless possibilities .

4.why so many bots ect speed hacks in game still i have seen many banned only to come back days later because they are big AP buyer's "Kind of a double sided coin Aeria has in it's pocket"

5. 4 years of Gaming with Aeria not a problem till now and not a sign of me ever breaking the T.O.S so treatment seems a bit harsh on my side. "not to mention money spent and effort wasted over 4 years mounts up"

6.Aeria's privacy policy - protect your safety or security, including the safety and security of your property; or (iii) protect the safety and security of our website or third parties.
so if my account was Hacked by law they should inform me so i can take action to secure my information ect Which they have not done.

Just want you to know (and all players who post on forums like this) that it is very hard to investigate or have GSes pass on your issue to the GM team if you do not include the name of the account or the RT# of your last message to Contact Us. Including simple information like this can allow the team to verify what may have occurred and (depending on the situation) rectify the issue.

All is in the RT's I have sent even a link to this page would help if you guys read RT's properly and not just skim read through them as most reply's seem just a copy and paste auto reply. and just for you Ill post it here (RT) #7401083]

Remember what i said about remaining polite and courteous? Obviously GMPaladin has read your ticket. Also you say RT's, as in plural. Have you been sending many tickets? Sending in more than one ticket will not help your cause and in most cases will hinder. Every ticket you send in is separate and in most cases goes to a separate GM. They dont know what your other tickets said. Remember that if you want to send in more information on the same issue, always use this section www.aeriagames.com/contact/tickets and reply to the original ticket.

If you keep sending new tickets, you will continue to get the auto reply. And you will annoy GMs Smile

I have not been sending in lots of tickets just reply's from the original they send back Laughing that seem to be just copy and pasted responses kinda like from a robot with no real thought gone into it like it's not being read through and don't seem to represent my issue fully or my questioning as to reason.
