Hi, so, i see various weapons customized in lvl 4-5 Non-donor players. the weapons are good dmg, black , green or white with black marks , scope, laser, etc....how can i customize a weapon like this?

Either they actually bought them, or they got them from the Kill Count Rewards.

oh ty... i got the "pedro gomez" thing, (20.000 gold)
but in my inventory i can't found anything. where can i exchange it?

It's in your gift box most likely.

You can add scopes/lasers/ other such things by buying upgrades for the weapons if available. When it comes to color's on the weapon, those are pre-made and can't be bought for it. usually the weapon comes like that or it doesnt.

As for the pedro gomez/gold it will be in your Gift box and once you activate it, it will go to your inventory--- your gold ticket should be in the 'ex item' tab, I think.
