I purchased AP so that I could buy 2 mountastic fortune bags, but when I went to buy them, my AP balance got locked somehow. It tell me it is inactive, and that I am a first time buyer, and have to wait for the account to be activated before I can purchase things. I AM NOT a first time buyer, and the promotion is either over or almost over... I can't remember if Central standard time is 2 hours before or behind the GF time system. HELP.

i would like to know if the mount is perm or there is limited time usage?

Tamara, the inactive means that the AP is verifying.

And the mounts are perm.

All mounts are Perm for this bag, it doesn't state anywhere that there is a chance to get a timed mount.

All the mounts have a certain level that you have to be to use them, some are lvl 1 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 65. It all depends on your luck to whether you will get one for lvl 1 or a lvl 65 mount.

You can use the in-game archive to see each mount listed and also see what level you need to be to use said mount.

i got my AP and it shows inactive and doesn't allow me to buy, now its up but i the promo is gone -__- GM can help about this? i want to buy mountastic fortune the promo bag.
