Yeah this can be a problem. I generally do musou in a diamond pattern around the opponent so it's independent on the camera. If you miss gtfo so they can't catch you (is what I found works best) especially in true musou. I missed people, missed a hit and drop to the ground, and had them drop to ground randomly and decided to gtfo before they counter.

Where is the videos with you lagging? I seen it that day and many complained calling you the laggy claw guy..Just saying
