Some say this is an indictment on war and it's consequences, others say it's just a drug-fuelled odyssey, yet other think that its a piece of self-indulgent BS by creator Roger Waters (who's father was killed during WWII) and that he's never got over the fact. I dunno, all of those perspectives are valid, as are many more. You decide for yourselves !!

The Wall (complete movie)

Whatever you decide, enjoy !! Smile

Somebody suggested country and western, which I'll admit is not one of my favourites. However, here's a selection for all of the 'cowpokes' out there (I really don't understand what is or isn't C&W, so apologies if I missed the mark) !!

Dolly Parton - Jolene

Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton - Islands in the Stream

Kenny Rogers - You Picked a Fine Time to Leave Me Lucille

Johnny Cash - Ghost Riders in the Sky

Kris Kristofferson - Loving Her Was Easier

Lee Marvin - Wandering Star

Willie Nelson - Always on my Mind

Joni Mitchell - Both Sides Now

Yeah, grits. Enjoy !! Smile

Eyedea - Step By Step

Atmosphere - Always Coming Home To You

Buck 65 - Paper Airplanes

K-rino - Sorcerer's Den

Sage Francis - 3 Songs Mixed Together (LIVE)

Ghost Riders in the Sky was a good track I enjoyed it,
Here's a small tribute to the man Johnny Cash.

Sage Francis - Jah Didn't Kill Johnny

Johnny Cash - Ring of Fire

Well I made this thread for anybody to post their music, so thanks for posting yours I enjoyed 'em !! Smile

Yeah I like Johnny Cash too, and had an argument with myself whether I should use Ghost Riders or A Ring of Fire. Though I Walk the Line, A boy Named Sue, and his prison concerts at Folsom and San Quentin were also up for consideration, and I think sometime soon I'll be posting a selection of his hits !!

This is for those who need to take a step back, and just relax for a while. Ok, not much to look at visually (would be great with suitable pics), but musically it's so cool you may drift off to sleep (and is good for just that purpose). Runs for just over an hour, so you should be nicely relaxed by the end !!

Chill out music

*yawn, stretch* Enjoy !! Smile

Ok, a bit of a treat for you now - the Low Symphony. Made by composer Philip Glass, from the album of David Bowie and Brian Eno. If you've not heard it before, then just lay back and let your ears enjoy the music, while your imagination creates the pictures !!
