Most ppl getting theyr wages once per month... ussualy at 1st of the month or last day like... 29th / 30th /31th / 1st etc.
EOM Tier is finished by then. and ppl ussualy don't keep theyr AP for the next month for EOM.
Thats like 1 month wayting for Tier :/

I think... EOM should be at 29 - 2nd of next month...
Why? More AP buyers/Spenders like me.
There's no way Im gonna keep my 35k AP for next Trier....
Cmon... today is 29th Feb thats when EOM should be. It's the last day of the month... isn't thats what EOM is for?

It depends on the management of each game, for example LC is running a tier right now to celebrate the leap day. It ran another a few days ago to celebrate the end of the month, they do run a lot of them during the month so i don't try to aim for the end of the month.

But feel free to leave a suggestion on the suggestion forum of the game you are talking about and im sure the GM team in charge of that game will consider your suggestion.
