TO MY UNDERSTANDING THE GS & GM ARE THERE IN THE FORUMS TO "HELP" US OUT WITH ANY INFORMATION THAT WE NEED...INSTEAD WE GET TALKED TO LIKE WE ARE IGNORANT AND HAVE NO SENSE AT ALL IN OUR HEADS...WHAT SOME GS & GM DONT REALIZE IS THAT SOME PEOPLE IN THIS GAME ARE NOT GROWN AND ARE ONLY MERE CHILDREN, AND FOR THE GS & GM TO TALK TO PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE BELOW THEM IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE

If you have an issue with regards to how a GS or GM acts towards you, it can be reported through a Contact Us. Make sure to provide proof or evidence of the behaviour either by screen shots or chat logs.

when chat is going so fast that you cant take a ss..then what do you do?

Depending on the game, you can check your chatlog folder for everything that was said. I know DWO has this option, and it's saved to your Documents folder. I'm not so sure about the other games available here, and I know for a fact that Grand Fantasia does not have that option (you must screenshot the logs while in game, it doesn't save otherwise).

If it's in the shoutbox, all you can do is take screenies and paste them into MS paint. There's really no other way to save logs from that little shoutbox.

You need to be always ready to press print screen in DWO's chatbox.
