One thing I've noticed. The cost to have a competent Max level PVPer has dramatically increased from Ep4 to Ep5. With EP6 around the corner I'm thinking I'll wait until I gear up for max lvl PvP.
In Ep4 - You didnt really need max goddess gear to be competent, you could get away with legends. Not only that there were a few choices. The max OJ HP for these gear pieces were all 1200-1400HP.. roughly equivalent. For weapons, the cloron drops could be as good as goddess gear.
For Ep5 the 70 set is vastly better thant the 61-69 sets (Max OJ are double..) You need a 70 set to have a chance.
In Ep4 - You could do ok with mostly 5s in your gear.
In Ep5 - You need 6s and 7s.. All of which have a 1% chance to link, 7s needing an LC.
In Ep4 - For an archer you did not need to ele your weapons becuase you had the buffs. So you could link up 1 weaopn instead of 4. Chances to link an ele1 were reasonable anyways.
In Ep5 - You need ele 2 in your weapons, and multiple weapons (probably 3-4) to be competent
In Ep4 - Max enchant was ,
In Ep5. now its . Most maxlvl pvpers have  gear.
Going prices for each piece good of pvp70 (full link + enchant) are 200ops. Lets say helm, pants, gloves, boots, 2 tops, and 3 weaps. 9 * 200 ops = 1800 ops. Even at 9 ops per AP fun card it costs at least 4k to be competitive in PVP.. And thats not even considering contis, capes, rings, amm, loops, and consumables...
In Ep4 you could be maxed out for less than 1/4 of that.. The cost is pretty much what keeps me from really getting back into this game.
