I'm working on creating some gear in advance for one of my toons and decided to go with using Rec Runes opposite of buying gear with good stats due to my budget. Now lapis wise I have things pretty much figured out and there is enough to find about that on here as well, though I was wondering on what kind of OJ's I should be aiming for? Or more specifically which stats to focus on, do note that Max OJs are a bit out of my budget so would have to do with what I can roll.

it depends of how much you have gained with lapissing your gear. I think that you can get enough LUC with lapis only. So focus on STR/DEX then
