Game Sages and Game Masters are never far, and are always receptive and responsive (at least from what I've seen!) I recently had to use the ticketing system to change some passwords (this was for DOMO!) It took a little bit but we got it all figured out, and I'm still playing DOMO, mite log in later in fact.
Security is another biggy! Everyone appreciates being in the know when it comes to security issues. When you guys got hacked earlier you readily took action and communicated, and told us what you did and what we needed to do: change our passwords! There is a great deal of comfort knowing that you all are communicative when security is the issue.
When it comes to the community and the many issues we all like to bring up; events, server issues, bugs, even when it's other players you are n hand to communicate and resolve the issue! Though many companies and corporations only claim by their word that everything they do is always done with the best interests of their respective communities in mind (not going to talk about it here... but still
) actions speak much louder than words!
