Alright Leo ill chime in here a bit on the good customer support that you say happens and something that still burns me a bit,
a long time back i went to link a abs 5 into a heroic pair of pants  and it stated on the lapis "it will be destroyed in the event of linking or failed extracting" Not like it currently states on the lapis now "it and the chosen item will be destroyed in the event of linking or extracting so use a lucky charm to prevent this" i sent in tickets showing my item and the failure and etc. nothing, it was my fault for not knowing when I read the lapis clearly it was still my fault for AGE's poorly worded lapis. And even the gs'es at the time told me I was right that it should say like it did on most other lapis that destroyed items, but it didn't. then not much later it finally was changed to say "it and the chosen item will be destroyed if linking or extracting fails use a lucky charm to prevent this... " you would think i would be correct if they changed it.. but a enchanted rolled linked pair of pants down the drain with no attempt other then to tell me to get a item recovery for 75$ at the time to get it back.
lets review spend cash to get a item enchanted linked and more to get the abs and op then to lose it due to poorly worded lapis that the stone was the only thing going to break on failure not it and the item, and then you want me to pay 75$ to get the item back.
but yet they changed the wording proveing they failed on the wording to explain that it would break the item, so I guess for the loss of say 125$ in gear is worth the knowing they had to fix their error so someone else dosent get hit with the same problem but at my expense.
