question about a possible bug when selling to NPCs

or perhaps just a weird conincidence
Last night i was selling junk to an NPC and afterwards i noticed an item i had apparently missed so i sold it and then discovered that I had sold a heroic serche top i was saving. I discovered this when i went to compare the 3 tops i had and was only left with 2. I scrolled up and saw that the top was indeed sold. I did take a SS.

The following day I was once again selling junk to an NPC , and once again I was left with a junk item in the same inventory spot as the day before but now i had 1 serche top instead of the 2 i had left. i once again scrolled up and saw it was indeed sold. At least this time it was only a plain top...


What makes me wonder is that it happened with the same inventory spot 2 times in a row. Anyone familiar with this. I think in the future I will keep all items being kept on a separate page in back pack.


note to GMs if u see this,
I did send a ticket, but when sending it I got an internal service error, and a message saying ticket couldn't be sent. I sent another ticket
but later when checking email It appears the first ticket went through as I had 2 separate auto reply's. Please don't think I was up to anything fishy. I swear i am not trying to get the same item back twice. And also I don't care so much about the second top being sold and I did not send a ticket for that one, only the first, that I intended to keep.

coincidence ^^

you said that you were lagging a bit. maybe the mouse was around that specific square when you has clicked it. maybe the problem will be solved if you take a bit more time with selling ^^


about your tickets, if you're not sure that it got send in, you can check here : contact us - my tickets if this got updated, then it means that your ticket got send in Wink

Thanks. They fixed it. I got my item back in just a few hours. And I have not had any more NPC problems. So I guess it was just a weird coincidence.

I don't know why everyone always complains about aeria's customer service. Seems to me like they always fix issues I have way faster then other posters would have me believe.

Glad your issue has been resolved. Glitches can happen randomly with no explanation. Long you reported asap we'll try to resolve the issue as best as we can.
