Can't you just check it out from the archive?

Your gonna base your choice on upgrading to Mystic legacy based on how the armour looks? Regardless of how the armour looks you should upgrade to it at 61, I use it on my 70 Mystic in Arena and it gets the job done, you'll want it while you grind because it offers better stats compared to the Sage Legacy.

Anyways, scroll through Here and you will find it.

Also, to see the Archive, Press L to bring up your Adventure Log In-Game and at the top you'll see a few tabs and one of those will be Archive. Press that and it will take you to the Archive, then you wanna choose Legendary Items, you'll find all the Legacy Armours in the second box at the bottom, so all you have to do is scroll through to find Mystic and then hold Ctrl and Left Click on each piece of the armour to see it in the viewing room.
