Hi its me again i want to report Aeria itself for no help and no service and not even communicating ... i seriously got somehow hacked and lost my money i spended in this game and i totally lost the fun in this game i try to get a change about this since 6 months already .... if someone else made same bad experience pls tell me

so it makes ppl just believe Aeria only care for money or for ap spenders
Hello My Main is Tokugawa.LJ and i got already 3 Times hacked and lost all my +7 Gear modded weapons and Capes I sended nearly Spammed Tickets to area asking for they could get in Contact with me but no reaction ......
I already Changed my Password and made a Special E Mail for only Aeria the pw was with numbers letters and big letter and i never shared my account
1st how is it possible to hack accounts here??
2nd anyone else had the same experience ??
3rd did Aeria helped u in getting the Weapons Gears back ??
I checked my Outbox and Inbox but all messages were erased Gold and Gems on zero
I lost a Red Dyed +7 Nanman Gear Sadly no Screenshot of it
Modded r5 T Fan 2 time attack modded +x++x Crescent/Eclipse
Modded r4 S Fan Ice +x+++ Crescent/Pierce
C Blade Simple modded Pierce/trust blitz
also an R4 Wu cape DZ +3 cape and long Wu and DZ Cape
I wish to get the stuff back if Aeria Can
