lost email

hey,my friend lost his email address and he sended a ticket to recover his account with all his account information.
He gets this back:
 

RT could not load a valid user, and RT's configuration does not allow
for the creation of a new user for your email.  

What should he do now?please help.

the account name is not correct or doesn't exist, which means that it could be banned.

please check if your friend account is still around by entering this address on the address bar,

if you see "access denied"; then it means that the account doesn't exist or got banned. For this problem your friend has to send in a contact us - ban appeal ban appeal.

This could be many things. First of all did he try to put in as his new email one he uses for another account. If so tell him to send with a completely new email. You must use a separate email for each account.

Also did he have access to and was on his account up to the time of password resets last week? If not his account could have been stolen. If he thinks this could be the case then he needs to report this via contact us report behaviour giving as much info as he can about his account and bring the ticket number to a gamesage in shoutbox as soon as possible to get it locked.

Difficult to tell in his situation and I am just guessing at possibilities re above. Some seem to have Recovery glitching on them, however in some cases it is that the player is not filling in correct information in compulsory boxes, in particular the spelling and case of their account name.

If neither of these and he has filled in all the information correctly, then it could be a glitch and tell him as a last resort rather than using Account recovery to use Game Support/Other for his game explaining the issue to the GMs he has with the account recovery option.

For further info just in case he did something wrong tell him to read this, in particular the bit in bold Resetting of Passwords

He sended already 2 emails with a email adress thats not used and the change that his account is stolen is very small.
I should better contact a GM now?
and which GM do you recommend?

might i ask if you have understood LilianMcK's post ?

if you've problems with english, feel free to use your native language, which is probably french ( francais ) or dutch ( nederlands ) if i look to your current country setting. maybe i can help you then ?

Ok well if he is 100% sure he filled in correctly then tell him to choose contact us and in the top box choose subcategory Other and choose his game. He needs to make an alt account to do this, if he hasnt already,and send from that account. Tell him to fill in all the information he would have sent in account recovery.

Also ask him to explain that he is using this as account recovery gave him problems. The GMs of his game will either be able to help him or will be able to pass to the correct department.

He can check for replies in My Tickets in Contact Us.
