Buying Battlefunds from aeria?

havnt recieved my battlefunds!
So i got a 20$ aeria card from EA games the other day and i used it to get 2000 AP, which i spent on 15000 battlefunds also know as Play4freefunds, and i have not yet received my funds!
Also my brother brought the same thing and payed 20$ on 15000 BF and got 45000 battlefunds?I really dont know what is going on,
but i payed for those funds and i really i hope i get them soon.

Never heard of someone getting 30000 more battlefunds then they are suppose to get. you should send in a support ticket because GMs or mods don't respond to forums.

this thing shows me i need creat new accont but i alerdy have 6 acconts and what i need is these f***** funds how i get creat new accont (srry for bad enghlis)
