Okay so If your ready this I need your help really bad! My friend and I used to play shaiya all the time together. We quit playing for a few months but for some reason tonight when we tried to get on It said his account was blocked for going against the Terms Of Service. If you can tell me what he did, or maybe how to get him unblocked it would be appreciated so much! Thank you for your time. Please reply fast.

Have your friend send in a ticket and ask a GM what happened. The blocked acct maybe from nothing to do with your friend at all and they maybe able to give it back right away. They may ask questions like what the IP address is etc to make sure it really is there acct.
