Please explain me what is with Socketing system, before I didn't knew for that message. Is socketing bugged or what? please explain. Thanx in advance.

if your helm has 1 socket and one more card was used, it has socket processing available again
when you get 1 socket (same or less than already opened slots) again with the scrolls, it showes a socket creation failed.
when you hit 2 sockets (or more than you have already opened) it openes those slots

A socket can always fail.. every scroll has a % chance to open each of the sockets.. better scrolls obviously giving the best chances, but ALL of them can still produce a fail as far as i am aware.

I used over 1000x 1m scrolls to 4 socket my lvl 165 raid axe.

I got 1 socket "opened" but also have "Greent text message" that i can make sockets so I tried few times and failed each time. Is socketing on that item still possible?

if the green text says ""socket processing available" then its possible to open 2nd slot

you jsut need to get lucky to open it, it can take few 10's or even 100's scrolls.. 2 socket items (helm, gloves, boots, backpack/wings) are usualy much easier than opening 4th slot on weps, shirts or pants, just as Psycosi said in his post

Lower quality scrolls have a lesser chance.
The advice i always gave when buying Scrolls for socketing was (at the time Sublimes were going for 100m) and I told peeps , you could pay 100m for 1 Chance, or 100m for 100 Chances (getting the Quality Scroll from the merchant)

I have the same problem(this is not about luck this is about how to make ppl angry) it is not reasonable to spent 1000x1m scroll for a single piece of armor that ur gona sell at the end.LC becomes a joke step by step!

and i claim that after using one more card there is %0.01 chance to create second socket.I didnt play lc for a while and when i return i saw most of the ppl dnt play lc any more.Now i understand why they abandon lc, ur money hunger.

Just keep trying not every thing is easy..
