If it says -1/Error, it means your account was put on suspension for security reasons. If it says -2, it means the transaction is being verified. Typically the verifying part doesn't take long depending on the method of payment.
If you got the -1/Error, you will need to send in an RT to billing to have it sorted out. Check your email to see if they sent you a statement saying that your account was suspended. Normally this doesn't happen, but there's always that one hiccup in the system. How long ago did you purchase AP? If it's been over a couple hours and you're still getting the error, and I'm guessing you're using PayPal, you might want to think about sending in that RT, and make sure you select the right category.
