Ranks 4-10 do not need to fill out the form. That form is just for ranks 1 - 3. The 4-10 items are pre-made items and will be delivered to you.

Christmas events

Where are they?
You said rewards would be sent out after the update. The update is over. Where are the rewards? Your statement was actually quite indefinite. Five years from now fits it was well as 5 minutes.

There is a slight delay with them. If you do not have them within 2 hours post here.

Wrong stats

Heroes not right
The rewards were sent out, but the top heroes had the wrong stats. How long will it take to fix? Another week? Bad mistake. The purpose of the event was not to drive good customers out of the game and away from Aeria, but that may be what happens.

Hi,

Some of the stats are incorrect, but we have confirmed with the developers they will be adjusted accordingly. In the meantime, you may use the hero as you wish, because all exp will still be there after the stats are adjusted.

I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

what about any open skill slot and books u learned they will stay to along with the xp earned right

Wrong Stats

Will skills be transferable?
If I use the hero with the wrong stats and add skills (books) will they too be transferable to the new hero that has the right stats?

Hi,

We have confirmed with the developers that skills will be transferred as well.

When and how?
When and how will the correct stats be transferred to the red hero that was mistakenly sent?
