How to Redeem Rental Gear
Submit an RT via the Contact us link with the following info (make a ticket for each placeholder!):In order to best service your ticket, we will need you to place your items in the following manner:

Step 1. Place the Rental place holder item in the first slot of the inventory you wish the item added to.
Step 2. Ticket Submission: Please include the following information in your RT submission in order for us to address your rental gear for immediate payout.

NOTE: Rental Placeholder must be on the same character that is redeeming the piece of gear, in the first slot of the characters inventory. Also be sure to clear the top 2 rows of your inventory if you are claiming an entire set of armor with a weapon, with the place holder still in the first slot.

FAQ
Q: What is a rental place holder?
A: A service item provided through the item mall in tiers and other promotions.
Q: Do I make a ticket for each item?
A:No, only for each placeholder.
Q:Can I upgrade a current Item temporarily?
A:No, this will be a completely different item with a timed duration and expiration.
Q: Will I be allowed to keep my Rental Gear forever??
A: No. Rental Gear is only intended to exist in game for a set time period. All rental gear will expire within a designated time period from when it is created.
Q: What type of seals and levels should I expect to receive with each rental gear item.
A: All Rental Gear can be augmented with seals which naturally occur.

Q: What are "natural" seals?
A: Seals typically found on the requested weapon, Seals are
NOT interchangeable with other weapons.
Q: Can I trade or sell my rental gear in game once I have it on my account?
A: All rental gear is automatically bound to the account/character which it was initially created for. You cannot sell or trade rental gear once it has been added to your inventory.
Q: When should I expect to receive my rental gear items?
A: Your rental gear begins to count down once it has been placed on the character specified. Players will be informed via an RT once their item has been added to their inventory.
Q: Can I request specific Gems be placed and socketed on the item?
A: No. We understand that due to an internal error, several requests during the deployment of this item have had Gems attached. Requests to have gems socketed for rental gear will be denied.
Q: Is it possible to upgrade my Rental Gear with gems?
A: Rental Gear can be upgraded but all materials added to rental gear will expire along with the item itself once it expires. Upgrading is not recommended and is to be done so at the players own discretion.
Q: I'm not sure of the exact name of the gear!
A: We will work with you on this if you are unsure, but if you do know, please be exact!
