It´s quite easy to use this form, cause the website creates it for you when you click onto the part you won.

How to:
Go to the site.
Click onto the language you prefer.
Click onto the Tier you won (T1-T3)
Click onto the part.
A new, smaller window will open.
Click onto "BBcode for posting a drop"
Search for the right location and mode.
Copy the "BB-Code" and post it here.
