when you exchange an item the instance item doesn't dissapear but you do get the item and can do it over and over again


Steps to Reproduce: Damaged true* sand breath ring
1.instance exchange and exchanged one true sandbreath ring got 1 and the exchange item stays in inventory see image first

2.exchanged same ring again , got new true ring and the exchange item stays in inventory see image second

3.exchanged the same ring again same result exchange item stayed in inventory and got a new ring

Observed Result:
every exchange item gets exchanged but doesn't dissapear from inventory

Expected Result:
the exchange item should be exchanged

We will look into the issue and try to reproduce.
