imageshack or
tinypic ( user friendly ) or photobucket and ect ...
once there, please browse to the image file which you want to upload. proceed, and when the site has done the upload, you can find the image URL in the boxes somewhere (it depends of the site ... ). please choose "direct link" which is like "
www.<address of the uploadsite>.com/<code> "
