i've got this error when open file dwonrx20000051200005

An error has occurred during file update. (413:0) DWOnline.exe

what i should to do?

I don't think I will ever figure out what's the problem..I've been spending the past few days with this, but now while I moved alittle forward, I keep being held up:

I'm stuck updating from version 2.203 to 2.3 and I will keep getting this error:
An error has occurred during file update.(400:2)
LoadData/0011/20012000.bin

This is what I downloaded as it matched what was being said here:

However, I did download it after it gave me the error patch. Could it be possible that because i had gotten the error from the client, that now I can't fix it without uninstalling and reinstalling again? I wish I knew what to do...I had followed this guide the whole way, but now even though I've downloaded the patch above it gives me the same exact error from when I get it from the client...what am I doing wrong...? Plus, the File checker errors out at the very end each time even though it says scan complete.

That's just simply the common error... ugh.
I don't know why it happens... as it is not happen on every computers.
Not to mention that it happen on different files... But most common is DWOnline.bin (it's the actual client file)

However, that error tend to be the case by any security program interference during installation, then somehow corrupt files afterward.

You not only have to disable anti-virus program, you will also have to disable firewall, Windows Live Essential, and any other security related stuffs (spyware detector, etc.) and any program that dealing with "scanning."

Always launch program with "Administrator" right.
Check the patch version again, and see if somehow patch skipped or something.

How many times did you reinstalled? If not, you may need to do reinstall and try again?

Some of these patch files have split into 2 parts, so you have to download BOTH Z01 and ZIP one and extract as one single EXE file.

I can't find actual solution as it is different for each time error occurs.

*Beside, if you want to risk it out, save all EXEs in one folder, reboot, launch in Safe Mode and install there... (not recommend if you don't know what is Safe Mode is for...)

I've reinstalled about twice right now, and I'm thinking of doing it a 3rd time now...I had originally disabled just my virus protection so that could have been the case. I still can't advance forward so it looks like I'll be uninstalling again...and yes, I have downloaded both parts.

Hopefully a new reinstall will work best. Thanks so much for the help you've been doing for us! Even if things don't work out, at least your working your hardest in helping us so your awesome~!

can someone help me with the 3.002 patch? ;_; i cant update even with my antivirus program & firewall disabled TT___TT
