Here are the notes on the maintenance that was completed for the week of 09/25

1. Add the introduction of Daily Tasks and Weekend Tasks to the first page in "SHOP"
2. Changed Castle Durability consumption from 10 point to 4 point per castle fight.
3. Length of chat has changed from 100 to 150 characters.
4. Fix the bug: everlasting life and still effect after the server crashed.
