When I try to buy BF with my AP points I get a "It seems that you do not have any characters. Please create a character before redeeming." message, can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Have you gone through the process of linking your Aeria Account to your EA account?
Have you made a character yet?
Have you tried buying from the BFH page?

Can you please tell me how to link? I tried googling it but found nothing.

Go here:

Click the PlayNow Button.
Create your account.
Create your character.
Click the store.
Buy your BF points.

I don't think you can link older accounts to your aeria account as of now.

You can not link old accounts to an Aeria Account.

I got the same problem. I registered yesterday and I bought some money. I could buy battlefunds in battlefieldheroes.com, but I did this here so I want to get battlefunds on my old account. Is there any way to do that?

No. Not at this time.

At this time EA has only agreed to let us offer our deals to NEW accounts. If they allow us to expand our offerings in the future, we will be sure to let everyone know. Until then, you can just make a new account, and use the points with it.

If it was linked, would it show up as "another identity" in our EA account? I have had an EA account for years. At the time, I guess I didn't see a point in making a new account. I wish I knew this sooner.
