sometimes it does take time to being refunded, another time they didn't have paid for the AP's and by this you don't get the free offer :/

Take a screenshot of the successful installation, confirmation e-mail, or anything that can be used as proof and send it to whichever offer wall you used. I've had 100% getting credit once I show them proof, however I can only say that for Sponsor Pay and Peanut Labs.
