Aeria OPS need to know the following information to further troubleshoot this problem people are having. If you get DC and can not log into your server (ie garnet) but are able to get into emerald or aqua, then please provide the following information:

Your current IP address from your isp: (use http://www.ip-adress.com/ to view your isp address)

When did this start happening? Date and time, and how long has it been going on.

A traceroute to 174.142.117.5.

my problem is:when i am going to online in Aquamarine after 2-5 minutes i will disconnect and dialogue box says Server is lost..hw to fix it? fix it plox asap. pls and thanks

tried it. says traceroute isnt an internal or external command

I tried this
delete the arp cache by running this command:
netsh interface ip delete arpcache

once that is done, clear dns cache with this command:
ipconfig /flushdns

No good.
