Do you happen to share that computer with an adult or someone else? It's saying you do not have the right privileges to install the fix (usually a problem if you're just set in Windows as "normal user".

Can you tell me how to fix this? I downloaded it normally how everyone else would, but whenever I push "Launch Game", a update of latest versions pops up and updates everything. When it gets to the second time, it stops and says it can't find 'dworl21000032000002' or something like that.

Try closing all of your open Internet browser windows, then disable your anti-virus software temporarily. Try to launch the game and it should update just fine. Be sure to exit after updating and turn your anti-virus back on. Hope that helps ^_^

Hello, i've search and read in this forums but i can't find any topic related to my current DWO problem, and i happen to come across this Technical Support topic, hopefully you can help me. i will try to explain step by step of what i did.

1. after 2 days, i successfully downloaded DWO installer (1.74 GB) using Akamanai Net Session Interface

2. successfully installed DWO and did an automatic patch for 5 hours until completed

3. DWO runs well on my desktop PC with 32 bit WIN XP SP 3 OS

4. considering the amount of time i've spent, i decided to do a copy of the entire installation folder to my other desktop PC with 64 bit Win 7 OS

5. after finished, i tried to run DWOnline.exe, but it shows Ver. 0.000 on the DWO launcher

6. then i closed and run DWO.reg, after added to the registry, i tried to re-run DWOnline.exe and it showed Ver. 1.000

7. tried running File Check & Recovery, but it only says File check complete

8. when i click Launch Game, it tried to do update all over again from Ver. 1.000

could you please help me? i've underlined some important text, maybe it will help you better understand of my problem. sorry for the long words, i hope i'm not out of topic

My problem is pretty weird. I can download the installer from the site, but when I run it, it tells me that when I run it, it finishes installing, and then says that the download was successful and to please run the application. Problem is, there's no application to run. Help would be lovely.

Hey could anyone help me i download the game in like 2 seconds then it says download complete then please install, now when i go back to the file were i saved the game in all there is a downloader button again and again why cant i play please someone help me

Where did you download it?
And judging by your description, you downloaded only games downloader. Thats a software that helps you download the real game faster & secure. So you havent actually downloaded the game. Only installer software. So yeah, either download via that, or search for different mirror where you can download the game without any download managers.
