Remove the time limits and allow us to group with our friends, this system is one of the worst I have seen in an mmo.

Cant u read? We want to seperate Premade and Randoms.. So u can queue either for random or premade, its not like random will play against premades..

If you're qqing about +10 gear you don't know anything about arena

Team play > gear

You can get high upgraded gear fairly easy without spending anything anyways

^ team play is overrated

Yep, so whoever wants to pubstomp lowlevels can queue with random teams and competetive players can play on an higher level with more strategy.

The times are so restrictive.

Are the time windows so that the game can more equally assign people to the arena (for instance 6 x lvl 30 in one instance and 6 x lvl 55 in another? or is there some other less logical reason?

How I hate the assumption that this game is only played in america and europe and that South East Asians play the Taiwaneese or whichever version.

There should be at least 2 time windows while the US of A is asleep, cause there are people in south east asia and the pacific who play this game and who dont speak chinese or whatever language the original is in.
