How to Redeem A Second Chance
Submit an RT via the Contact us link with the following info:
(Your account name)
(Character & Server holding the "A Second Chance" Item)
(Name,Server, Level, and Class of the Character you wish restored)
(Approximate Date Character was deleted)

NOTE:
A Second Chance can ONLY be used by the character that has the "A Second Chance" item on their account
A Second Chance item must be placed in the TOP LEFT slot of characters inventory
Cannot be used to resurrect a character on other accounts
Characters deleted by the GM staff for violations against Aeria Games are not subject to this promotion
Players must have an available space on their account for the addition of a newly resurrected character

Deleted Character Resurrection
Players wishing to restore deleted characters up to six month prior to the date of deletion can purchase A Second Chance in order to resurrect these characters to the world of the living.

FAQ
Q: Can I use A Second Chance on any character that I deleted in the last 6 months?
A: Yes! We will happily help you bring back an old friend that you recently deleted.
Q: Can I resurrect a character that I deleted more than 6 months ago?
A: Probably. While we have brought back characters that have been gone for up to 2 years, due to a number or circumstances, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to restore characters who were deleted more than 6 months ago.
Q: What if I buy "A Second Chance" and you can't bring back my character?
A: Players who purchase "A Second Chance" for a character that we cannot resurrect for one reason or another will be refunded the entire purchase price of their "A Second Chance" item.
Q: Can I use this item to bring back a character who was banned or deleted for infractions of the Aeria Games TOS?!
A: No! All characters deleted by the GM staff for issues associated with breach of the Aeria Games TOS are not eligible for this promotion.
Q: I got hacked any my character was deleted. Do I need to buy "A Second Chance" to get my character back?
A: No. Aeria Games staff will still revive recently deleted characters that were deleted during a time where an account was clearly compromised. Just use the contact us button at the bottom of the page to let us know that you were hacked and we can start to sort out the problem. Be smart with your account information to avoid any problems but rest assured that if you are hacked, you character is still safe.
