When i launched Eden eternal it loaded so slowli till the login screen.I had forgotten my password so i retrieved it and when i opened it the 4 th time there was this 'send your problem the alapacas will help you" window and after i sent the complaint the eden eternal window keeps closing...why?

I experienced a weird lag spike the tonight around 10PM. It happened in the middle of a dungeon run while in a party with someone. When the game kicked me I didn't log in for a few hours due to the game messages saying "The server was full or unable to connect."
I don't know what's going on but this was pretty annoying.

I couldnt trace any longer, because after that the window suddenly closes by itself.
