@saoriokura - Same Montreal.Level3.net server issue. We'll need to wait until it's resolved.

@Mitsuhide - Same New York issue flipmodezero is experiencing.

"waiting" it out is a terrible solution. That isn't going to fix the problem. It has been going on for a past few days and I have been "waiting" it out. This is ridiculous. Time to upgrade those servers with all that money you guys are bringing in yeah?

Refer to this STICKY and download WinMTR which will do multiple pings and show you how much packet loss is on the traceroute.

You misunderstand the issue. Aeria does not own, nor do they have any control over intermediate nodes. This is a problem out of anybody's control. Real-time gaming applications will be the most obviously affected services. People that are connecting through these problem nodes are also using them to connect to Aeria's website. Anybody whose connection is routed through these nodes will be experiencing issues, no matter what they're trying to do.

Same problem, I'm being routed via New York too and right now, its impossible to play. Honestly, though I would on the backs whoever owned those servers to get them back up to spec. I know this isn't a 'mainstream' company but one can only imagine it still must be hurting item mall sales, less people playing = less people buying.

Even posting on the forums is slow too :/

The nodes that are causing issues are owned by people who run the Tier 1 and Tier 2 networks that make up the Internet. I'm sure they actively monitor and strive to resolve all issues immediately, because issues with nodes can affect everyone worldwide (trying to reach a server through a slow node is slow for everyone, no matter where you live).

I'm keeping an eye on the New York one (the one that's causing the most issues), and at its worst, I'll lose 1 packet for every 3 or 4 attempts...

Well, this isn't the first time those particular nodes have caused issues, and since it's the weekend I don't see any chance at a fix until some time tomorrow and that is me being optimistic lol ~ times like this I'm glad I don't work for ISPS who probably are getting a million phone calls from customers saying their web speed is super slow lol.
