Experiencing some difficulties in game?

Try these steps that might help fix your problem!
If you are having troubles with a function of the game, or some items have not taken into affect and whatnot, try the following steps that might resolve your problem!

If you are using Mozilla Firefox and get a black screen while loading, try downgrading your Flash to version 10.3. Go here and click on Flash Player 10.3

1) Make sure that your Flash plug-in is up to date http://www.adobe.com/support/flash/downloads.html
2) Clear your Browser cache (instructions below)
3) Clear your Flash Cache, click Delete all Sites

Secondary steps would be to connect using a different Browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) or from a different computer/internet connection and see if that helps resolve the issue.

To Mozilla Firefox Users

If you use Mozilla Firefox and using Adobe Flash Player 10.3 you may see this popping up recently:



Translated it reads:
In order to better gaming experience, please update your Flashplayer to the latest version.
Click "OK" to leave the game update.
Click the "Cancel" to continue the game.

Hit "Cancel" and you can play normally with no issues if you are using 10.3.

If you hit "OK" it may cause issues like black screens and the game not loading.

If you use Firefox and upgrades to Flash 11.4 and still get a black screen the check to see if you have Real Player installed. If you do update your Real Player and restart your computer. That should fix it. If it doesn't and you cleared your caches also, downgrade to 10.3 again.

And please do not quote post for the sake of making a post.
