I'd recommend trying Photobucket instead. It's pretty easy to upload pictures and even provides a quick copying of the bbcode to post on the forum. (Can't even see the facebook images due to either privacy or difficulty linking images)

As for how to post images on the forum, the actual image will have a .jpg or .bmp on the end. The bbcode is [img]image_address_here[/img]
