Many of the community are going to the shout box asking this question "My game crashes during my play time, what can I do?"


Ill break it down to the 6 simple step;

WARNING!! Before doing this make sure you closed any EE client or game launcher to prevent the (this application is up) error.


Step 1:


Go to :My computer



Step 2:


Go to: ( C: )



Step 3:


Go to: AeriaGames



Step 4:


Go to: Eden Eternal



Step 5:


Click once on: _Launcher and Delete it



Last Step:


Run the game as normal


Those are the steps to stop the crashing in the game, Thank you and have Eternal fun in Eden

How does deleting that.....fix...explain please?

Its because when you launch the game, some launcher may of had an overlay so you need to wipe it completely so it can run without hesitation.

its a 100% fix to the problem

In addition, celestar suggested that the "Temp" folder within that directory be deleted as well along with _Launcher.exe. I would say only resort to deleting that temp folder if deleting the executable doesn't work on its own.

Wait, I'm just a little bit confused. How do you run the game when you just deleted the launcher? @__@

You should still have an application on your desktop of Eden Eternal. Click on it and It should do a re-patch. The _launcher should be gone but not the application.

I deleted my shortcut on the desktop and I'm not sure whether my taskbar has the same link to the application. I'm not on my computer right now so I can't check. Just in case, what exactly is the name of the application to start the patcher?

When you go to my computer>C: drive:>Aeria games> Eden eternal> there should be an application call Launcher without the " _ " on the bottom
