When I log in, and get to the character select screen, my character is glitched. It shows him as a random (sometimes headless) person with any kind of clothing, usually the beginner clothes with a cape. Once, it showed him as a female character instead. Scenario, World, and Officer are all left blank, and my Honor says 0 when it's headless, but if it shows a full character (which looks nothing like mine) Scenario is "Unrest in Jing," World is "Inferno," And my officer is "Lu Meng." When I attempt to start the game, the error code is "A fatal error occurred during transmission. Returning to Title Screen. Please check your internet connection and cables. For more details, please check with your hardware manufacturer or internet service provider for details." And then it sends me to the title screen. I have tried my account on a different computer, which had the same results, and a friend tried his account on mine, but his worked. I have waited a few months to see if it would resolve itself, but nothing has happened yet. Some screenshots:

That is... pretty extreme. When did this start happening?

Since your account doesn't seem to work but your friend's account does, then we know that it's an account-related issue, but... All I can recommend to you is to send in a ticket through Contact Us with the information you've provided here if you haven't done so already. With any luck, you might be able to get a fix through that channel faster than through this thread. Keep in mind that you might have to wait for a response, though I'm actually surprised that you stuck around this long with the problem persisting like that (regardless of GM contact).

If that doesn't work, you could try to PM a GM on the forum and link them to this thread.

Thanks, I've just sent the ticket through the help desk, and am currently waiting for a response. I waited awhile because at first I thought this was a reincarnation issue, as it happened right after reincarnation at the end of a scenario. When I was done, I played the game normally for awhile, but when I logged off and tried to get back in, I got this error. So, I decided to wait until maybe another scenario showed up and it might have fixed itself.

((That probably would have been something I should have added to the ticket... yay forgetfulness. x_x))
