Personally I think Aeria games service is great, there are odd times when the servers get a bit laggy but that has gotten a lot less recently which is great Very Happy

I gave it a 3, the service is good at DWO, certainly has improved alot, but the ammount of bugs appearing is getting a bit out of hand, if they manage to fix most of them quickly and most common bugs more quicker, i would rate higher, but for now, it is good, but still can be improved.

Personally, I like their service, since they actually respond at a good time, other than a few months later. 5+

I've only recently come to Aeria Games for Eden Eternal. From what I can tell in my short time here, the service here is pretty decent. The actual presence of active GMs (as well as GS) on the forums and in-game, to help with problems that arise is very comforting. I'm hoping this won't decrease as the game progresses out of Open Beta.

In-game, there hasn't really been any noticeable server lags. There's the occasional spike in highly populated maps, but nothing major.

The Item Mall has questionable pricing on some items, and extremely luck-based mechanics on others, which can be a turn-away. Though I understand this is a company, and companies need money to survive.

We'll see if that changes for better or worse next month.
