Seems like they said screw it on the boxes and have tried to hand out the silver reward to even those who only qualified for/wanted bronze. I too got an armory and shipping desk, but only qualified for bronze..

Sent in a ticket with my own issue, I suggest those that have had trouble with this promotion do the same since that is the only way your situation will be resolved. ^^

I have to say i'm very disapointed. I just hope for the future they either stop promising things or when they do give a deadline stick to it. I'm not very impressed with the way this was handled.

they try to do there best there job isnt the easyest in the world cut them some slack
