I spent 30 dollars for the Crimson Flame Cape promotion, waited 24 hours and I still didn't get my AP and the promotion ended. Now if I don't get my AP before this promotions ends, i'm going to ask for a refund.
I received this email after I purchased 3k AP:

Your account has been placed on temporary hold (Suspension) for purchases. For security purposes, please contact us immediately at: http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/billing
and select the issue type 'My account has been place on temporary hold for security purposes'. (Account verification may be required)
I can use AP in-game, I can see 3K AP in my AP Recharge History, but my balance in the webmall shows -1 AP with the message "Account suspended, contact billing service".
Please do something or this will be the first and last time I spend money on this game.
